The 2018 edition of the "Gaetano Zinetti" International Music Prize will take place from 13th to 23th September 2018 at the Teatro Gaetano Zinetti, Sanguinetto (Verona). http://www.zinetticompetition.org


The competition includes two traditional categories, soloist and  ensemble, the competition has a new opera singing category presided over by the greatest soprano Luciana Serra.
For the soloist and ensemble there are no age limits instead for the opera singing,  soprano e tenori must have less than 35 years old, mezzo-soprano, baritono and bassi must have less than 36 years old.
For the solist: they must choose one passage contained in the attachment A in the announcement.

The competition gives the possibility to be a part of the Discanto Europe Orchestra, record a CD and  perform in concert in the most beautiful city of Europe.
